Why did SANOFI Újpest site, one of the biggest pharmaceutical site of Budapest start to apply BIM for FM functions? How could they efficiently start the BIM implementation for 40 buildings? Which were the FM functions where they could realise the fastest success? BIM implementation is still under way, however they could take advantage of it at fields other than FM as well.
